Alexander Zverev has moved into the final of the ATP tournament. As a reward there was a passionate kiss from his Sophia Thomalla.
Sophia Thomalla (32) and Alexander Zverev (24) are in seventh heaven. The tennis professional is currently contesting the ATP tournament in Vienna. In the semifinals (October 30th) he defeated the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz (18) 6: 3, 6: 3 and thus moved into the final. After his triumph there was a sweet reward from his friend Thomalla. The presenter gave the athlete a passionate kiss in front of numerous cameras.
In early October, the 32-year-old confirmed their relationship via Instagram. One photo showed her lying tightly embraced with a man on the beach – her partner’s face could not be clearly seen. “I still have an ace up my sleeve for 2021 …”, she commented on the recording and marked Zverev in the post.
Zverev: “Sophia is very understanding”
Zverev recently pointed to the Interview with the Austrian “Kronenzeitung” that the relationship with Thomalla is not as fresh as it seems. “Just because it has now become public doesn’t mean we haven’t been together for a long time,” said the 24-year-old. In Thomalla he seems to have found a patient partner: “Sophia is very understanding, knows what tennis means to me.”
On Sunday (October 31st) at 2 p.m., Zverev will face the American Frances Tiafoe (23) in the final.
