2024 - Sopra Steria: Amundi holds more than 5% of the voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) – Amundi, acting on behalf of the FCPE Sopra Steria Actions which it manages, declared that it crossed upwards, on March 1, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the company’s voting rights Sopra Steria Group and hold 4.51% of the capital and 5.26% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the merger-absorption of the FCPE Groupe Steriactions by the FCPE Sopra Steria Actions.
