(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of Sopra Steria Group met in Paris on May 24, chaired by Pierre Pasquier, Chairman of Sopra Steria Group. The shareholders present or represented at the Meeting accounted for 82.88% of the capital.
The 21 resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved. In particular within the framework of the 3rd resolution, the shareholders approved the allocation of the result for the 2022 financial year and the distribution of a dividend of 4.3 euros per share (3.2 euros for the 2021 financial year) .
