(CercleFinance.com) – Societe Generale, acting on behalf of Sopra Steria Group, has filed with the AMF a draft simplified tender offer (OPAS) targeting CS Group shares, a project announced on July 28 2022.
The initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a unit price of 11.50 euros, all of the 6,064,393 shares that it does not hold, representing 24.68% of the capital and 23.56% of the voting rights ( the 62,181 treasury shares not to be tendered to the offer).
Sopra Steria intends to request, within three months of the closing of the offer, and if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out targeting the CS Group shares not presented, at a price of 11.50 euros per share.
