Paramount+ announces a new “South Park” event TV movie soon available for streaming.

The cult animated series South Park, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, returns with a new special chapter. Paramount+ has indeed announced that the next exclusive event South Park: Joining The Panderverse will be previewed on Saturday, October 28.

Cartman’s deeply disturbing dreams herald the end of the life he knows and loves. The adults of South Park grapple with their own life decisions, as the advent of AI turns their world upside down”, we can read in the synopsis.

Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny were first introduced to audiences in the animated short “The Spirit of Christmas” in 1992 and have since made television history.

In 2021, Comedy Central announced that Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the co-creators of South Park, had signed a $900 million deal to extend cable’s longest-running series to 30 seasons through 2027, and 14 feature films exclusive to the Paramount+ streaming platform. It was finally confirmed that these would be released as two films per year.

South Park: Joining The Panderverse, which will also be the 326th episode of the television series as a whole, will follow the first four exclusive events related to the series: South Park: Post Covid (2021), South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid (2021), South Park: The Streaming Wars (2022) and South Park: The Streaming Wars Part Two. (2022).

All four special films are available to stream exclusively on Paramount+. South Park: Joining The Panderverse will be available from October 28 on the same platform.
