S&P500: clings to 4,000Pts, a real MT pivot threshold

(CercleFinance.com) – The S&P500 got off to a bad start, initially falling -1.6% to 3,950 Pts… but it quickly recovered around 50 points and is clinging to 4,000 Pts.
However, this is insufficient to lift the resistance of ‘4,000’ and validate an exit from the medium-term bearish channel: the attempt on January 23 (closing at 4,020) was not entirely successful.
The trend could become positive again with the overflow of the recent resistance of 4.100Pts (13/12 and 30/11/2022) with the ‘gap’ of 4.218Pts of 19/08/2022 in sight.
