the THQ Nordic Digital Showcase was an opportunity to discover several new franchises, including Space for Salesign Mirage Game Studios (Little Big Workshop). Its concept will be very original, because we will embody a space real estate agent, having to satisfy the requirements of its customers while coming into contact with the local fauna, obviously trying to make as much profit as possible.
This management game like no other will be playable alone or in 2-player cooperation, as you can see in the first visuals.
Space for Sale accompanies the journey of an intergalactic real estate agent who has given himself the mission of building houses, apartments and other luxury residences from one end of the galaxy to the other. Your list of alien clients keeps growing…and they’re getting more and more demanding.
In the real estate market, location is everything. So, set out to discover the wonders scattered throughout the solar system and, more importantly, try to make the most of them! But be careful… the local flora and fauna are not always very welcoming. But by dint of observation and collaborative experiments, you may well end up finding them useful. Learn how local lifeforms have adapted to the rigors of their habitat and use your observations to improve your structures and gadgets!
