After the success of brotatothe Lyon developer Thomas Gervraud, aka Blobfish, returns with a new title Space Gladiators. The roguelite platformer will be available from May 4 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
Entirely in 2D drawn by hand, Space Gladiators allows players to embody potatoes captured and then transformed into gladiators by aliens. With 8 characters with different playstyles, players will have to traverse randomly generated biomes filled with monsters and other deadly traps.
To overcome the 50 different kinds of enemies and 10 bosses, players will have at their disposal more than 300 objects including pets, weapons and relics. Something to make each game unique. And while it will be possible to choose paths that are easier than others, remember that taking risks is always rewarded.
