The score of 8.6/10 obtained in the “Multi-brand shoes” category, within the “Fashion and accessory sites” compartment, stands out as the highest awarded to an e-commerce site, in any category.
The ranking was carried out based on a strict methodology making it possible to evaluate, with a large panel of 3,000 cybershoppers, more than 60 criteria relating to the main themes to which consumers are sensitive, namely the construction of the site and the ergonomics, purchase and delivery, trust and security, service and communication, payment and technical performance. Spartoo’s rating attests to commercial, operational and technical excellence across all criteria.
