Most people probably know Otto Jaus as part of the successful duo “Pizzera und Jaus”. But now the artist is also showing his fans a completely different side: In his new cookbook, Otto Jaus goes to the stove with his mother.
Otto Jaus probably thought least of himself that he would one day write a cookbook. With “Jausmannskost” he has now put together a very special book. Because: It’s not just about old family recipes, but also about memories of his family and childhood, the joy of being with your loved ones, but sometimes also of tears, quarrels and reconciliation. “With this cookbook I would like to let the readers share in my childhood and the love for my family. With this in mind: Come in, take off your jackets – the food will be ready soon!” says Jaus. The book is available now. In January, Jaus and Paul Pizzera will make up for the canceled tour stops in Salzburg.
