(Boursier.com) — SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces the acquisition of PTC Telecom GmbH. With this acquisition, SPIE strengthens its Information and Communication services in Germany.
PTC Telecom GmbH (PTC), headquartered in Woerthsee near Munich, provides technical services in the field of information and communication technology.
The company has a large customer base and strong partnerships, including with technology partners such as Atos Unify and Avaya. With the acquisition of PTC, SPIE strengthens its regional position and expands its local presence in southern Germany.
With around 70 qualified employees, PTC achieved a turnover of around 12.5 million euros in 2021.
