(CercleFinance.com) – Spie has been awarded a five-year contract by Dutch logistics group Vanderlande to make the use of buildings on its Veghel campus, in the Netherlands, climate-friendly.
The engineering group says it plans to first map the building’s facilities to determine opportunities for optimization.
Measuring energy consumption and then implementing measures to save energy should then ensure more environmentally friendly operation, he specifies.
The Vanderlande campus in Veghel brings together facilities in 16 buildings, for a total surface area of approximately 115,000 m2.
