(CercleFinance.com) – Spie announces the success of its Share for you 2023 employee shareholding program, with more than 17,000 employees subscribing to it, an increase of 55% compared to the previous year, and more than 5,000 employees who invested for the first time.
The contribution of employees in this context represents 34 million euros and 1,885,601 new shares issued. Following the operation, almost one in two employees is a shareholder of the group and the share of capital held by employees is around 7.5%.
Spie plans to implement a share buyback program in the coming weeks to partially offset the dilutive impacts induced by the existing employee shareholding program and the long-term incentive plan.
