(CercleFinance.com) – Spie announced on Thursday that its Swiss subsidiary would take over all existing maintenance and technical service contracts from Arktis, a Swiss communications solutions provider.
The French engineering group explains that this company founded in 2008 and based in Schlieren and Sarnen has recently taken the decision to completely outsource its technical service activity.
It thus wishes to focus on its unified communications and collaboration offer, mainly intended for players in the health sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, Arktis employees in charge of service and maintenance operations will join the Spie teams.
Spie will take over the contractual elements from July 1, knowing that Arktis’ customers, partners and suppliers have already been informed of the change.
It has been agreed not to disclose further terms of the agreement.
