German handball players are eliminated from the World Cup
The German handball players miss their tournament goal of the quarter-finals at the World Cup in Egypt. After Hungary's victory over Poland, the team no longer has a chance to make it into the knockout round. The two remaining German games against Brazil and Poland are of no sporting importance.
