The whole thing works with the help of artificial intelligence, which is used to save you from having to search for suitable songs. In addition, the “DJ” should provide suitable comments on tracks and artists.
However, the personal assistant not only supplies you with new songs. It should also integrate songs into the playlists that you may not have heard in years, but that suit your taste.
To keep improving the feature, Spotify integrates the “DJ” button, which allows you to skip suggested songs if you don’t like them. This is how the artificial intelligence should learn and deliver more suitable results.
First in the USA and Canada
Spotify “DJ” is now available for users in the US and Canada. The feature appears in the music feed in the Android or iOS app. It is not yet known when the function will be rolled out in Germany.
