(Boursier.com) — SQLI has sold its subsidiary Aston to the Talis Education Group, a training specialist. The plan for this operation was announced during the presentation of the Group’s annual results on March 14.

Building on its results and its commercial momentum, SQLI is determined to continue its development by combining organic growth and targeted acquisitions in the digital experience market. In this context, the Group acquired the Salesforce Levana agency in February, thus strengthening its position as a partner of the world’s leading publishers of experience platforms.

The Group has also decided to sell Aston, a training school for IT professions, which addresses a distinct market.
Created by the merger of SQLI Institut and Aston Ecole, Aston (13 ME turnover in 2023, 50 employees) was sold to the Talis Education Group, a French group specializing in higher education and professional training, majority owned by IDI. The Talis Education Group has a network of post-baccalaureate schools with nearly 8,000 students and offers professional training.

The sale was finalized by Talis, SQLI and Aston on Friday April 5, 2024.
