(CercleFinance.com) – SQLI announces the sale of its subsidiary Aston to the Talis Education Group, a training specialist. The plan for this operation was announced during the presentation of the Group’s annual results on March 14.
SQLI aims to continue its development by combining organic growth and targeted acquisitions in the digital experience market.
In this context, the Group acquired the Salesforce Levana agency in February, thus strengthening its position as a partner of the world’s leading publishers of experience platforms.
The Group has also decided to sell Aston, a training school for IT professions, which addresses a distinct market.
