As long as we give little importance to remakes and other remasters, we had to wait more than 16 years before getting news of a new Mana game. This new entry, this time named Visions of Mananevertheless seems to be directly inspired by the technical advances already well highlighted by the remake of Seiken densetsu 3, Trials of Mana. Chara design, artistic direction and gameplay: everything seems directly inspired by the most recent remake of the series. This new opus promises to embody Val, a young character with endless candid attributes generally highlighted by the protagonists of the series.

Square Enix promises “semi-open” exploration, divided into distinct zones, the main attraction of which will be to feature a narrative based on the classic themes of the series, mana and nature in mind. Visions of Mana will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series and PC, with an anticipated release for 2024 (unspecified).
