Squid Game – The Challenge: The Grand Finale – when will episode 10 be released on Netflix?

“Squid Game” is and remains the most successful Netflix series worldwide. “Squid Game: The Challenge” is unlikely to be able to build on this success, but the new show has already broken two records: No other game show has ever offered higher prize money than $4.56 million and 456 participants are also looking their kind.

While season 1 of “Squid Game” appeared on Netflix in one fell swoop in September 2021 and gradually became a hit, the streaming service is not quite as generous with “Squid Game: The Challenge” and divides the total of 10 episodes into several weeks up.

Countdown to the final

To ensure that “Squid Game: The Challenge” remains as exciting as possible, Netflix is ​​releasing the show in three stages.

• Part 1 – from November 22nd (5 episodes)
• Part 2 – from November 29th (4 episodes)
• Part 3 – from December 6th (1 episode)

…at least that’s what the official schedule published by Netflix looks like. In fact, the grand finale of “Squid Game: The Challenge” appears only on December 7th at 3 a.mat least in Germany.

In this way, the final episode in the USA ends up on the streaming service on Wednesday evening, which is intended to prevent spoilers about the winner from circulating on the Internet all day long before most subscribers have had time to watch the episode in the evening. This approach is of course rather counterproductive for the audience from Germany.

Filming took place in London in early 2023. Netflix denied reports of inhumane conditions on set, but some of the games are definitely painful and the recording was even more intense than it appears on Netflix. By the way, “Squid Game” season 2 is currently being filmed in South Korea and is scheduled to appear on Netflix in 2024.
