Star Trek: a shower of announcements for the Discovery, Picard, Strange New Worlds and other series!

Paramount+ has just released a lot of information on the future of all its series star trek, to know Discovery, picard, Strange New Worlds, Lower Decks and Prodigy.

Broadcast dates, but also orders for future seasons in advance. There will be star trek in the years to come !

Paramount+ is betting big on star trek…

While recently, Paramount+ and Star Trek: Discovery
were especially in the news because of the latter’s withdrawal from Netflix (and its “return” to Pluto TV), the CBS streaming service, still expected in France this year, is trying to catch up with multiple announcements.

First, he recalls that Discovery will resume broadcasting its season 4 on February 10. In addition, the parent series will be entitled to a season 5. But that’s not all.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the series derived from Discovery worn by Anson Mount as Captain Pike, will arrive on May 5. She, too, is getting a season 2 order now. The crew around Pike, including Spock and Number One, will therefore have time to explore the galaxy.

Then let’s not forget Star Trek: Picard and Patrick Stewart. Season 2, which will have been long overdue, will arrive on March 3. At the moment, Season 1 is still available from us on Prime Video. It remains to be seen whether this will still be the case when the time comes. Remember that a season 3 has already been ordered.

Finally, animated series Star Trek: Lower Decks (also offered on Prime Video) and Star Trek: Prodigy are still there too. The first will offer its season 3 this summer, while a season 4 has been ordered. The second will offer new episodes in its first season starting February 3, with more arriving later in 2022.
