Our special starch-free recipe ideas for vegetarians

So that your body does not suffer from physiological deficiencies, do not ban slow sugars from your diet. Just replace starchy foods with vegetables that have similar characteristics! We are thinking in particular of a delicious pumpkin gratin that will delight the taste buds of the whole family.

Do your kids like lasagna? Replace the pasta plates with very thin strips of zucchini. This is an opportunity to make them taste vegetables without them noticing.

To benefit from slow sugars while being vegetarians, we also recommend a quinoa salad or Indian lentils. Spices are a good solution to avoid adding salt and to give a more pronounced taste to your vegetable preparations.
