Fix Willy’s Boat
Ginger Island is a region located within the Fern Islands archipelago. However, at the beginning of your game, you will quickly realize that you cannot reach this area and that it does not appear on your map. Indeed, as said before, it is necessary to have carried out a very specific action: fix Willy’s boatthe Fish Market NPC.
First of all, it is imperative tohave repaired the community center by returning all the requested items. It’s already taking you a long time. Once you complete the Community Center, Willy will send you a letter. The NPC will ask you for help in order to repair his boat, located in the back of the Poissonnerie. For it, you will need to own and bring back the following resources :
- 200 hardwood for the hull of the boat.
- 5 batteries for the ticket terminal.
- 5 Iridium Ingots for the Iridium Anchor.
Once you have collected all these items, the ship will be repaired. From then on, you can buy a ticket, in exchange for 1,000 gp, to travel to Ginger Island. Note that the return trip is free.

Ginger Island is an interesting and pleasant area to discover, on Stardew Valley. The region is also quite diverse and complete, as it is possible to visit several places, such as the seaside resort, the Cave of the Pirates, the Archaeological Site, the Dungeon of the Volcano to cite only these examples.
