#StayTheFuckHome: This hashtag is intended to save a life in Frankfurt

With the page "StayTheFuckHome" ("Stay damn home again") and the associated hashtag, Frankfurt's Florian Reifschneider tries to get people around the world to deal with the danger of the corona virus. It wasn't until March 10th that Reifschneider launched the haunted appeal, and people around the world are now picking up on #StayTheFuckHome.

In his first post, Reifschneider wrote: "If our government doesn't help, we may have to help ourselves." To this end, he published the link to the homepage, which according to the founder is already there over a million visitors.

The "Self-Quarantine Manifesto" points out that it can take a long time before an effective vaccine against the coronavirus is developed. Twelve measures with increasing effectiveness should "serve as rough guidelines" for the visitors of the page, in order to "get the coronavirus pandemic under control."

These include the appeal not to attend mass events of any kind, to always wash your hands thoroughly, to do your work from your home office as much as possible, or to avoid public transport as much as possible. The basic tenor: "Don't be panicked, but watchful."
