Steam may soon be getting a new feature that some gamers have been waiting for for several years. We reveal which feature Valve is currently working on.

Have you ever played a game on Steam where you wanted to take notes but didn’t feel like tabbing out of the game?
Some players feel the same way, as an amount on Reddit shows. After all, clicking out of the game involves a complete crash with one or the other title. But there could soon be a solution for the notes problem.
User “thexpaw” shows a code on Twitter and writes that Valve is currently working on a “Game Notes System” that allows notes to be created via Steam.
Not confirmed
Valve has not yet confirmed when and if this feature will actually appear. But some players would be happy about the possibly upcoming feature.
For example, you could use it to write down dimensions and values for enclosures in Planet Zoo, list the commands in Spellic until you know them by heart, or write down which quest you last stopped for longer breaks in single-player titles like Hogwarts Legacy.
