Steam: The gaming community is struggling with problems

The Steam gaming platform is currently unavailable to many gamers. More and more users report this to our fault indicator. Accordingly, the shop is currently not working without further ado. Others also report problems with downloads and login.

The reports reach us from all over Germany. However, the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Munich and Hamburg are particularly badly affected. But the Ruhr area is also marked in deep red on our fault map.

We are also currently seeing the error code E502 L3. But reloading the page has already helped – but only briefly. In all likelihood, the problem is already being worked on in the background. As soon as there is something new to report about the current situation, you will find out here.
