Stefano Zarrella never gets bored even without TV dance training. On the contrary, he is currently dancing at several weddings.
When he was eliminated from “Let’s Dance” in the fifth live show on April 5th Stefano Zarrella, 33, in tears. A month later, the world looks completely different for the food creator: Giovanni Zarrella’s little brother, 46, has so much to do that he probably no longer cries after the RTL dance show. The latest highlight: On Monday evening (May 6th) he received a prize in Hamburg.
A total of nine creators were honored at the 9:16 Awards in the Schauspielhaus, presented by presenter Steven Gätjen, 51, and influencer Alicia Joe (born 1996). In the “Tastiest Content” category, the man with Italian roots came out on top. “I won,” he cheered in a story after the award ceremony on Instagram, where he is now followed by 1.9 million people. In his acceptance speech he told the 1,100 invited guests: “Do what you enjoy, be creative and give it your all.”
He has published his second cookbook
The 33-year-old has been doing this for a long time and is increasingly able to step out of his brother’s shadow. While he made a career in the music industry, Stefano Zarrella focused on his passion for food and cooking. He has just published his second cookbook, “Incredibly Quick,” and many “Let’s Dance” stars also came to the release party at the weekend. The meeting with Detlef D was particularly touching! Soost, 53, who once discovered Giovanni Zarrella on the show “Popstars” and whom he has known since childhood. “That was one of the most beautiful days of my life,” Stefano Zarrella reflected afterwards and was pleased that so many companions had come.
There are further appointments such as book signings coming up with the book. “What a feeling… can’t even be put into words and incredibly emotional,” he commented on Instagram to the start date the previous week. “But it was particularly emotional when I saw how happy you were and also how my family reacted when I was able to show them my new book for the first time – goosebumps.”
Guest at the big digital festival
Thanks to collaborations – for example with Pepsi and Lidl – Zarrella is currently appearing on many channels, cooking in YouTube videos and selling kitchen accessories. After the award ceremony, he has another appointment in Hamburg: he will be there on Tuesday evening at the OMR Festival, where Kim Kardashian, 43, is also expected, when a smart and recyclable cup will be presented.
The ex of “GNTM” candidate Romina Palm, 24, can hardly believe what he is currently experiencing: “What crazy days those were.” Because of all the appointments and experiences, he can’t really get around to uploading everything to his account. You almost wonder how he could have managed this workload if he was still dancing on the TV floor…
