Corona talk at Plasberg: The moderator welcomed Steffen Henssler, among others. And he didn't just explain what he thought about the lockdown.
Moderator Frank Plasberg (63) welcomed TV chef Steffen Henssler (48) to the Corona Talk in "Hart aber Fair" on Monday evening – and he revealed in the program on the Corona vaccine that he himself already had the virus was infected.
At the end of the talk show, Plasberg asked the guests present whether they would be treated with the new corona vaccine. Henssler replied promptly: "Not at first, because I had it too. That's why, I think, I'm at the bottom of the list and I think I should first get a little more information and get an idea of it."

Even if the vaccine can be seen as a glimmer of hope for his industry, the TV chef is critical of the current restrictions in the catering industry: "With a lockdown, the numbers are expected to go down, but industries that have not yet been hit will be hit have noticed that they were the drivers of infection. At the same time I see buses driving past me that are full to the brim with people. Somebody has to explain that to me. "
Henssler is also of the opinion that the meetings that have taken place in the past few months in an orderly framework in the catering industry have now moved to private rooms and no hygiene concept is to be expected there. The cook about the partial lockdown: "I can understand that this has to be done, but then you have to be consistent."
