Former Lagerfeld muse Stella Tennant is dead. The Scottish supermodel died surprisingly at the age of only 50.
The fashion world has lost a size from the 1990s. The Scottish supermodel Stella Tennant is dead. The family confirmed this, including the Scottish newspaper "The Herald" quoted: "It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Stella Tennant on December 22nd, 2020." The model only celebrated his 50th birthday on December 17th of this year. The cause of death is not yet known, according to the police there are "no suspicious circumstances".
Tennant began her modeling career at the age of 23. She appeared on the covers of well-known magazines as well as on the catwalks of Versace, Alexander McQueen and Chanel. Karl Lagerfeld (1933-2019) signed the model for the French fashion house at the end of the 1990s and declared it one of its muses. In 2012, Tennant, a mother of four, was inducted into the Scottish Fashion Awards Hall of Fame.
