(AOF) – As part of its share buyback program announced on February 22, 2023, for a maximum amount of 1.5 billion euros, Stellantis has signed a buyback agreement with an independent financial company relating to the first tranche, which will cover a maximum amount of 500 million euros. The first tranche of the common share repurchase program will begin on March 17, 2023 and end no later than June 19, 2023. Common shares purchased under this program will be canceled in due course.

The ordinary share buyback program will be implemented on the basis of the authorization granted by the general meeting of shareholders of April 13, 2022, which may be renewed or extended, up to a maximum of 10% of the share capital. of the society. The purchase price per ordinary share will not exceed an amount equal to 110% of the market price of the shares on the NYSE, Euronext Milan or Euronext Paris.
