(Boursier.com) — The premium mobility service provider Sixt and Stellantis have reached a multi-billion euro deal under which Sixt could purchase up to 250,000 vehicles for its rental fleet in countries where it is present in Europe and North America over the next 3 years.

The first deliveries will take place from the 1st quarter of 2024 and will continue throughout the year.

Sixt customers will benefit from an attractive choice of vehicles from recognized Stellantis brands, including Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, Vauxhall and Maserati. Deliveries to Sixt will include a variety of models, from city cars and SUVs to vans and utility vehicles (including 7 and 9 seaters), as well as a full range of powertrains (including battery electric vehicles) with the latest software features and the latest infotainment technologies on board.

Beyond the volumes already planned for 2024, specific orders can be agreed flexibly between the two companies depending on fleet needs and demand.
