(CercleFinance.com) – Stellantis announced yesterday that the Board of Directors will propose the appointment of Claudia Parzani as ‘independent non-executive director’ at the next AGM of Shareholders in 2024.
Claudia Parzani will succeed Kevin Scott, Director of Stellantis appointed on January 4, 2021 for a four-year term starting on January 17, 2021.
Kevin Scott’s resignation for personal reasons will take effect at the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Since 2022, Claudia Parzani has chaired Borsa Italiana, the main Italian stock exchange, after having been its Vice-President and non-executive Director.
