(Boursier.com) — According to official data published by the Federal Motor Vehicle Office (KBA), in 2023 the Opel Corsa was the best-selling segment B vehicle in Germany for the 3rd consecutive year. With a total of almost 54,000 new registrations, the small car from Rüsselsheim took first place in its segment. This represents an increase of around 7% compared to 2022. In the UK, the Vauxhall Corsa remains popular, remaining the best-selling supermini for the 3rd year running, according to 2023 new car registration figures released by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). With 40,816 units sold, the Corsa was also the 3rd best-selling car in the country. It exceeds the 2nd in the segment by more than 55%.

In France, the Corsa recorded excellent results with registrations up 32% to reach 19,602 examples. These performances are largely supported by the Corsa Electric, whose registrations are up 65% year-on-year. One in 5 Corsas sold in France is an electric version.
