(CercleFinance.com) – While Stellantis announced this morning a net profit of 13.4 billion euros in 2021 – a figure almost tripled compared to the previous financial year – the manufacturer makes it known that 1.9 billion euros will be redistributed to employees.
‘The company’s compensation policy aims to enhance the performance and commitment of employees through a ‘pay for performance’ approach, particularly in an exceptional context (pandemic, shortage of semiconductors, etc.)’, emphasizes the manufacturer.
Thus, between 2020 and 2021, the total amount of what is redistributed to employees will increase by 70%, i.e. an increase of approximately 770 ME.
