Great news from Stephen Curry: The basketball star and his wife Ayesha have welcomed their fourth child into the world.

On his Instagram account, Stephen Curry posted a black and white photo of Ayesha holding her newborn son’s tiny hand. Part of his head can also be seen in the photo. “Our sweet little boy decided to arrive early!!! He’s doing well and we’ve finally settled in as a family of 6! So grateful!”, the athlete enthused. The professional basketball player, who has been under contract with the Golden State Warriors since 2009, also revealed that his son was born on May 11, 2024 and has the sonorous name Caius Chai.
Within a few moments, numerous congratulations began to pour in under the post. Among the first to congratulate was Hailey Bieber, 27, who recently announced her pregnancy. Justin Timberlake, 43, Sharon Stone, 66, and Ciara, 38, also left kind words and some heart emojis.

In March of this year, Ayesha Curry announced that she was pregnant again. At the time, the chef showed off her baby bump on the cover of her magazine “Sweet July”. She revealed that she and Stephen had actually finished planning a family. “For so many years, Stephen and I thought we were done. We said to ourselves, ‘Three, that’s it, we’re not doing this again,'” she said, adding that last year they realized that they wanted to become parents again. “For me, the decision came about because I kept looking around and felt like someone was missing.”
The basketball player and the author have been married since 2011. Together they have children Riley Elizabeth, 11, Ryan Carson, 8, and Canon W. Jack, 5. Little Caius Chai now makes their family happiness complete.
