(CercleFinance.com) – Zephyr, an open source project launched by the Linux Foundation, announced Monday that STMicroelectronics had joined its program as a silver member.
The Zephyr project aims to develop a free, secure and easy to deploy and manage real-time operating system (RTOS) for connected or embedded devices.
As part of the design of its version 3.6, around twenty ‘silver’ members such as STMicroelectronics, Infineon, or Texas Instruments will join forces with around ten ‘platinum’ members such as Google, Intel, Meta, NXP , Qualcomm.
