(AOF) – Stmicroelectronics has unveiled the resolutions which will be submitted for approval to the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in Amsterdam on May 22, 2024. The resolutions, proposed by the supervisory board, include in particular the distribution of a cash dividend of $0.36 per outstanding common share, payable in quarterly installments of $0.09 for each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.
They also include the renewal of the mandate of Jean-Marc Chéry as member and chairman of the management board for a period of three years, expiring at the end of the 2027 annual general meeting of shareholders.
