PARIS, June 27 (Reuters) – The values ​​to follow on Monday at the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe where futures contracts indicate a slightly higher opening:

* AGRICULTURAL CREDIT CAGR.PA – Crédit Agricole Assurances, the group’s insurance subsidiary, announced on Friday that it paid an exceptional dividend of two billion euros to its shareholder Crédit Agricole SA in order to offset the impact on the Crédit Agricole SA’s CET1 solvency of the implementation of the new IFRS 17 accounting standard, scheduled for 1 January next.

* SAIPEM SPMI.MI – The Italian oil services group opens on Monday the subscription period for the capital increase of two billion euros announced last week in order to strengthen its balance sheet. The stock fell 21.8% on Friday.

*BAE SYSTEMS BAES.L – The British defense group has won a $12 billion contract from the US Department of Defense for intercontinental ballistic missile systems.

* SÜDZUCKER SZUG.DE – The German sugar producer is planning “significant” price increases to offset rising costs, the Mannheimer Morgen newspaper reported on Saturday.

* IPSEN IPN.PA announced on Monday the acquisition of the biopharmaceutical group EPIZYME EPZM.O, specialized in oncology, for an initial total amount estimated at 247 million dollars.

*FAURECIA EPED.PA – Jefferies raises its recommendation to “buy” against “hold”.
