(AOF) – Airbus
It is now official. Airbus has indeed exceeded its target for commercial aircraft deliveries in 2021. The group has indeed delivered 611 aircraft to 88 customers last year (against a target of 600). This represents an increase of 8% compared to 2020. A performance which testifies to the group’s resilience and its ability to navigate between the restrictions accompanying the Covid-19 pandemic and the difficulties observed in the supply chains.
Argan
New year, new standards. It is in Marne-la-Vallée (77) that Argan inaugurated, on January 3, “Aut0nom”, its carbon neutral warehouse in the operational phase. To achieve this performance, “Aut0nom” accommodates a photovoltaic power plant on the roof coupled with storage batteries, replaces gas heating with electric air / air heat pumps and generalizes intelligent LED lighting. “Aut0nom” produces more green energy on site than it consumes for its heating, cooling and lighting and has a neutral carbon footprint.
Mercialys
In the fourth quarter of 2021, Mercialys completed the sale of 2 assets: the Monoprix store in Marseille Canebière and the Carré Duparc retail park located in Sainte-Marie, Réunion. The specialist in commercial real estate has also signed sales agreements without financing conditions on the hypermarkets in Annecy and Saint-Etienne. These assets illustrate Mercialys’ value creation strategy. Acquired in 2014, they had since been the subject of transformations.
