EO2 lifted the veil on Tuesday evening on its results for its first half of 2021-2022 (closed at the end of August). Thus, the group present in the wood energy sector achieved a net profit (group share) of 266,000 euros over the period (against 496,000 euros a year earlier) and an operating result of 278,000 euros. (against 518,000 euros a year earlier). Finally, sales amounted to 12.97 million euros. It was up 9.5% like-for-like and 15.1% based on current data.

Figeac Aero

On the occasion of the publication of its provisional half-year results, Figeac Aéro reiterated its annual objectives. For its current financial year, which will end at the end of March 2022, the aeronautical equipment manufacturer is still targeting a turnover of between 250 and 300 million (i.e. growth between 22.2% and 46.6%), a current EBITDA double digits and positive free cash flow.

Teleperformance

Teleperformance announced on Tuesday evening the acquisition of Senture from Kingswood Capital Management, an American investment firm based in Los Angeles, California. The amount of the transaction (enterprise value) is $ 400 million. The acquisition is fully financed by bank debt.
