The 58-year-old Romanian was traveling on the southern autobahn in the direction of Graz on Tuesday afternoon when he was stopped by the police at the traffic control point in Haimburg and subjected to a check. “Six serious technical defects with imminent danger were identified in the motor vehicle train. In addition, the convoy was overloaded by 3 tons,” says an official. The number plates and the registration certificate were removed immediately. The driver also had to pay a security deposit. “A total of 15 violations are reported,” said a police officer.
