Actor Matthias Zera joins “Storm of Love” as sommelier Henning von Thalheim. But not only cousin Constanze knows him.

The story of the new sommelier at the Princely Court of the telenovela “Storm of Love” (weekdays, 3:10 pm, the first) reminds us a bit of the fairy tale “The Ugly Duckling” by Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875).

Because the “urbane, stylish, sporty” and professionally renowned Henning von Thalheim, who will probably be seen from November 29th, had a difficult youth. “In his teenage years, Henning was a plump and boring nerd,” describes the broadcaster.

Constanze von Thalheim (Sophia Schiller) gives her attractive cousin Henning the vacant position in the TV hotel. When he arrives, however, he meets an old friend. When Shirin Ceylan (Merve Cakir) meets him at the “Fürstenhof”, she is immediately blown away by him. But then she realizes who is standing in front of her – it’s “Dickie”, for whom Shirin used to have nothing at all. Will she succeed in conquering Henning or does she have to find out in the end that their worlds are too different?

Actor Matthias Zera on the new self-confidence of his role

Henning von Thalheim is embodied by the actor Matthias Zera, who was born in Poland in 1987. “It gives me great pleasure to shoot for a daily format. You are challenged, learn an incredible amount and work constantly on the character and on yourself,” he enthuses about his involvement with “Sturm der Liebe”.

He reveals about his role: “Henning was often treated badly in childhood. By working hard on himself and his professional success, he has developed a new, strong self-confidence, yes, in the truest sense of the word, trained”.
