“Storm of Love” star Viola Wedekind reports after emergency surgery
Viola Wedekind, 44, worries her fans. The former ‘Storm of Love’ star is in touch with disturbing news from the hospital on Sunday, January 15. “Small Sunday emergency surgery with general anesthesia 2 hours before the double performance? Yay!” She writes via Instagram for a photo that shows her in bed in a hospital gown before she addresses “everyone involved” and her colleagues and viewers: thanks inside for the support. The actress does not want to reveal any further details about the apparently surprising intervention.
She is currently playing in the play “Aufguss” at the Karlsruhe Chamber Theater. Two performances should take place for the successful piece on Sunday – this time probably without the 44-year-old. A little later, however, she reported again with a selfie from the hospital bed. “Same day… Good night! Thank you for your support,” says the actress, who is already happy and can smile back at the camera in style.
