For the fans of "Sturm der Liebe" it was time to say goodbye this week: Jennifer Siemann has left the series.

Since July 2019, Jennifer Siemann, 30, has played Lucy Ehrlinger in the ARD telenovela "Storm of Love". After almost two years at the Fürstenhof, the Berliner had her last appearance on Wednesday (March 17, 2021).

"Storm of Love": This is how Lucy says goodbye

Lucy had to endure many storms in the series: Her cousin Romy Ehrlinger (Désirée von Delft, 36) was tragically killed at her own wedding. Her love story with Bela (Franz-Xaver Zeller, 31) and Paul (Sandro Kirtzel, 30) was also unhappy, but recently the fate of the 30-year-old turned: she found her great love in Joell (Peter Lewys Preston) and leaves Bichlheim with him to work as a PR consultant in London.

Jennifer Siemann remembers her first day of shooting

An exciting journey is coming to an end for Jennifer. She can still remember her first day of filming for "Sturm der Liebe" – and everything else started beautifully! "I vomited several times on the set of the 'Fürstenhof' and was taken to the hospital due to food poisoning. The bread I brought from the gas station was probably the culprit. Désirée von Delft started her first job as a serial nurse at that moment and accompanied me even to the hospital. From that moment it was clear to both of us: "If Lucy comes, it'll be wild," she said in an interview with ARD.

And what will the series actress miss most after saying goodbye? "The events to which we were invited again and again (before Corona). However, this longing for it is only too present because of the current world situation. I also miss one or the other person," said Jennifer.

"Oh Lucy, don't leave us"

For fans of the series, Jennifer's departure is hard to bear. "Oh Lucy, don't leave us. You are the best there is at the Fürstenhof," wrote a user on the official homepage of "Storm of Love", for example. And another praises: "I really like Lucy. She plays her role so well and seems natural and personable." But the audience will definitely see Jennifer Siemann again soon on stage or on television.
