Stranded: Alien Dawn, another update with the Exchange Trade scenario launched on video

During the Future Games Show Spring 2023, Frontier Foundry And Haemimont Games announced that Stranded: Alien Dawn will be released on home consoles next month, but in the meantime the title is still in Early Access on PC. And today, it welcomes a new update, Sow and Selladding content.

By trading with four unique factions from their ships, the party will earn Galacticoins. A new currency that can then be used to conclude trade agreements or hire more workers, in order to make the operation even more lucrative. Players will be able to transport traded resources and workers on and off the planet using trade pods. They will then have to ensure that the workers remain productive by providing them with rest and protection from the hostile alien environment.

The Sow and Sell update also brings new research options such as Counterfeit Money Technology and Hydroponics Shelves, allowing players to maximize their trading exploits. At the same time, a selection of new plants and unique recipes, such as the sweet and syrupy Mulchplant or the mood-boosting Buzzshroom, create even more opportunities for trade.

In addition to trading, players will have the option of choosing an enterprising new survivor, Vicente Santiago. After losing his family ranch to greedy banks, he possesses a spirit of bargaining and great farming skills, ideal for helping a thriving base capitalize on its growing resource pools.
