Through animal management, survivors now have the ability to unlock the ability to tame them. But be careful, some species can be hostile if they are not approached in the right way. Once tamed, survivors have the ability to name, care for, train, lead, or play with their animals. They just need to use the new “Ranch” activity to control taming and training priorities.

To ensure a comfortable life, survivors must keep tamed animals happy by ensuring they are fed every day with a secure habitat. Survivors can also receive relaxation and happiness boosts if they play and bond with tamed animals.
