Stranger Things and Mandalorian stars to lead an HBO series


The Mandalorian’s Pedro Pascal and Stranger Things’ David Harbor will headline the My Dentist’s Murder Trial miniseries for HBO.

This is a rather enticing duo. Pedro Pascal of The Mandalorian and David Harbor aka Jim Hopper in Stranger Things will star in an HBO mini-series in development, entitled My Dentist’s Murder Trial, we learn variety.

The series is inspired by a New Yorker article by James Lasdun and titled “My Dentist’s Murder Trial: Adultery, False Identities, and Lethal Sedation“which can be translated into French as”My Dentist’s Murder Trial: Adultery, False Identities, and Lethal Sedation“. The article tells the true story of Dr. Gilberto Nunez and how he was indicted for the murder of his friend Thomas Kolman.

In addition to their role, Pedro Pascal and David Harbor will also be executive producers. On the screenplay side, it is Steve Conrad, co-screenwriter of The Dream Life of Walter Mitty, who will take on the showrunner cap and who will direct the pilot.

This new role is added to an already busy agenda on the side of Pedro Pascal, who is expected soon in the adaptation of the video game The Last of Us where he plays the hero Joel. In addition to his role in The Mandalorian whose season 3 is expected in early 2023. As for David Harbour, he should be in the credits of season 5 of Stranger Things.
