Strategy game with giant monsters, Kaiju Wars takes date for April 28

Kaiju Wars puts us in the shoes of the mayor of the city of Floatio while Kaiju have decided to wreak havoc there by destroying everything in their path. Unstoppable, these titanic creatures will have to be repelled and routed, at least temporarily. Five monsters will follow one another, each having their preferences in terms of destruction. To make matters worse, these fearsome giants can mutate during the game and thus become even more dangerous. The player will therefore have to protect the most sensitive buildings on the map, including the laboratory producing an anti-monster serum and which will have to be evacuated if the Kaiju gets too close. For this purpose, he can count on many different units, including the ACEs, particularly effective veterans to customize and improve by squandering the medals won in combat.

A Campaign mode will of course be part of it, where it will be a question not only of defending your city but also of developing its economy. To this will be added a Versus mode in which a player will embody the Kaiju against which his opponent will have to protect the city. Finally, Foolish Humans also promises us a tool for creating maps and scenarios, which will be possible to share online. In short, a very complete program that Foolish Humans will offer us to discover on April 28 on PC, then on a date not yet announced on consoles. In the meantime, the developer has just released a new trailer for gameplay.
