BlueTwelve Studio And Annapurna Interactive had launched in 2022 Stray, an adorable platform game in a post-apocalyptic world that allowed us to play as a cat looking for her from her feline companions. The title is already available on PC, PlayStation And Xboxbut it will soon be released on a new platform.
During the Nintendo Direct today, BlueTwelve Studio And Annapurna Interactive announced a Nintendo Switch version of Stray, which will be released during winter 2024. Excellent news for players who missed out on this title, here is a presentation:
Lost, alone and separated from his family, a stray cat must solve an ancient mystery to escape a city that has fallen into oblivion.
Stray is an adventure game where you play as a cat from a third-person perspective. The action takes place under the neon lights of the alleys of a declining cyber-city and in the gloomy settings of its most seedy corners. Explore the surroundings, defend yourself against unexpected threats and solve the puzzles of this inhospitable place that is home to only modest droids and dangerous creatures.
Discover this universe through the eyes of a stray cat and interact with the environment in a fun way. Be stealthy, nimble, wacky and sometimes as annoying as possible with the curious inhabitants of this strange world.
Along the way, the cat will befriend a flying drone introducing itself as the B-12. With the help of his new companion, he will try to find a way to escape.
Stray is developed by BlueTwelve Studio, a small team based in the south of France made up mainly of cats and a handful of humans.
