A few days before the official release of Stray, in digital version, Annapurna Interactive has revealed that the BlueTwelve Studio title will take advantage of several physical editionscourtesy of iam8bit, in distribution partnership with Skybound Games.
Thus, players will be able to obtain theso-called “general public” edition from Stray on PS5. It is, moreover, already possible to pre-order it from third-party retailers, for €39.99. This edition will be shipped on September 20 and contains: the base game and six color illustrated cards.
Additionally, Stray will benefit froman exclusive ultra edition for PS4 and PS5, available exclusively at iam8bit.com. On pre-order for €44.99, this other physical version will be shipped during the fourth quarter of 2022. It includes several elements, which are listed below:
- The basic game.
- A 14.4 x 24 inch poster of Stray’s first teaser image.
- Six illustrated cards.
- A chenille patch of the game logo.
In addition, BlueTwelve Studio, Annapurna Interactive, iam8bit and Skybound Games have planned to release a vinyl, featuring Stray’s soundtrack, composed by Yann Van Der Cruyssen. Selling for $40, the vinyl will come with a code for the digital version of the album and will ship in the first quarter of 2023.
